Global Direct response TV – using TV advertising to cost effectively acquire new supporters - with over 30 NGOs in more than 24 countries Services we provide: Consultancy on using TV and video for fundraising cost effectively DRTV campaign planning, test strategy, forecasting, management TV production – concept, shooting, editing, translation, versioning, fulfilment Media planning and buying – broadcast, outdoor, OOH, digital (mostly outsourced) Offline/online DRTV response analysis – identifying growth and optimisation opportunities Call centre sourcing and management Using film and audio beyond DRTV i.e. facebook, legacy, F2F, major and corporate donors The Brief: DRTV used to drive response to phone and web Primary aim is fundraising – to raise more money than is spent The creative is good at driving response and phone conversion is good Website conversion seems like it could be stronger, and any weakness here hurts our results We would like to improve the insights they can get from GA (goals, conversion funnels, e-commerce, field by field analysis on forms), to work out where the major issues are We want to use those findings to direct optimisation experiments to try to improve the conversion of those specifically visiting the site as a result of our DRTV appeals We would also like to engage in digital fundraising activities that aren’t specifically DRTV – but could still include film – to help our Clients raise money when they are not using DRTV What we are looking for: Willing to work globally (multi-lingual, multi-cultural) – which we will support on Ideally has NGO digital optimisation experience, or is enthusiastic to help them Is able to work together with the DTV Group on these projects (We need a strong, committed long term partner who can be an extension of our DRTV teams) Demonstrable experience with some or all of: paid and organic search, google grants, payment gateway set up and optimisation, conversion tracking, reporting and optimisation, prospecting for donors through social media, facebook fundraising tools, transparent and appropriately placed programmatic, email marketing Could support DTV in providing a monthly or quarterly site insight report – telling them what’s happening on their site and how it could be improved Shares fee revenue from site optimisation work (either as profit share or percentage of revenue). DTV will charge project management fees on top of this if needed to make projects economical for us (translation, meeting set ups and attendance, billing if needed, managing client enquiries, briefings etc) Can tolerate smaller budget and projects in the short term – we need to establish credibility first and demonstrate the potential of the site to raise money This should then support the business case to invest more in digital prospecting, where the more significant revenue will come from
